Customer view - Tickets - attachments and post orders

    I was wondering if any of the following would be possible:

    1. Add timestamp to ticket attachments. This is very useful when clients have identical file names for their attachments.

    2. Have a setting or at least be able to customise ticket comments in descending order like we can do as admins.
