Cannot delete a product that is still in use

I have a product that I do not use so I tried selecting it and clicking to delete, but I get this error message.

Cannot delete a product that is still in use

How do I resolve this?

You need to remove the product/package for all users first, then you can remove the product itself.

You'll need to ensure that the product is no longer associated with any users. Here are the steps you can follow: go through your user accounts and remove the product/package from each user who has it assigned.
