Admin ticket list: "Include Closed Tickets" is ignored without a search keyword

Env: ClientExec 7.2.2 (ionCube), PHP 8.5.10, MariaDB 11.8.9

Where: templates/admin/views/support/ticket/viewtickets.phtml lines 253-259, tickets.searchTroubleTickets()

Bug: With an empty search box, state.search_filter is always "open". includeClosed only changes the label to "All Tickets"; only the keyword branch uses it (searchclosed / searchopen). The box is ticked and the heading says "All Tickets", but closed tickets are not listed.

Repro: Admin > Support > Tickets, leave the search empty, tick "Include Closed Tickets". No closed tickets appear.

Fix: In the empty-query branch (the list already accepts filter=all):

state.search_filter = includeClosed ? 'all' : 'open';
