New installation of Clientexec

Hi,

I've just setup all of the pre-reqs to run Clientexec and when I try to access the folder to begin installation, I get a blank screen.

I'm running:
This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v4.1.2, Copyright (c) Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader v13.0.2, Copyright (c) 2002-2023, by ionCube Ltd.
with Zend OPcache v8.1.2-1ubuntu2.14, Copyright (c), by Zend Technologies

MYSQL 8.0.36

I've tried using ip address and domain name formats and just a blank screen. I know as I've been installing, I got a fatal error about ionloader and needed to correct the php.ini file, so I know the install folder has been telling me errors and I've fixed them. Now I get just a blank screen.

Any ideas where I might be going wrong, as I've come to a dead end at the moment as the pre-reqs are installed.

Any thing would be appreciated.

Hi there,

Ubuntu doesn't ship with the latest version of PHP 8.1, and there's a bug in the version it does ship with that when used with opcache can randomly cause white screens.

The solution is to either disable opcache, or update to the latest version of PHP 8.1.
