Support Images not Showing

I upgraded to latest version and kept the upload folder saved as instructed in readme file. However when I see the support tickets the images are not showing. Any idea?

As long as the images are in uploads/support, they should show up.

We would require access to your system to investigate this, so please open a support ticket.

I see some random files but not images under upload/support. Are they encrypted or something?

They aren't encrypted, but named randomly.
