Hetzner Cloud Plugin Unusable

Hi all,

I hope you can help. I've come across from WHMCS after another price hike and I'm trialing out ClientExec. I'm also trialling out the Hetzner Cloud module. I've followed all the instructions in the docs, setup all the variables and custom fields but it refuses to provision anything. There's a field for a "Shared IP" there that I have no idea about as the provisioning should create an IP for the user.

Does anyone else use this that can give me any pointers that aren't in the docs please? I really like the look and feel of this software and it looks promising. I just need provisioning to work or I'll have to move on to something else.

I do have to question why this module would need a shared IP and hostname? I could understand this if the module was for a shared hosting package, IE. DirectAdmin, Enhance, Plesk etc... but if this module is the same as the one I use on WHMCS, Hetzner issue the IPv4 and IPv6 when the VPS is provisioned, if that makes sense. Can you provide a screenshot (redact any sensitive info) of what the page should be filled out like?

It's one of the standard fields. It doesn't actually need it or use it.

https://docs.clientexec.com/en/article/adding-a-hetzner-cloud-server-and-products-8pawsk/ should explain how to set it up. I've asked the team to make a note about hostname and shared ip not being required.
