Does the package use a Plan name you have set up in Plesk? If yes, check the server settings in Clientexec and make sure you have 'Prepend Username to Package Name' unchecked.

Hello Go to Settings > Products > Order Page and scroll down to 'Allow Registration'. Turning that off will disable the registration page (though accounts can still be made during the ordering process.).

In the admin panel view the client that you want to login as and over in the top right you will see a row of icons, the one that looks like an eye is to view as client.
