is there a way to upload a money order scan image by me to the profile or invoice of the clients account to show that I got the money over more like proof and the client can see the image on his profile5 minutes ago
also let's say there an invoice let's say 500 worth once that client sends me his money order, I would scan it and that payment would say paid and a photo would show on their invoice

Why not just open a ticket for the customer and attach the screenshot as proof?

Not to mention if you mark the invoice as paid, it will reflect that on the PDF copy of the invoice for them in their account.

It's very good; If Invoice in clientexec support attachment like tickets;
We can write very good snapin or plugin for that.
For example we can attach official invoice for any clientexec invoices.
