Viewing on a desktop monitor the Select Product page for customers has a strange layout when there is a lot of text. It seems to be placing it in 4 columns, when the product description should just be one line of text.

I have a product that I do not use so I tried selecting it and clicking to delete, but I get this error message.
Cannot delete a product that is still in use
How do I resolve this?

I'm using the password shortcode in a welcome e-mail so that new clients can login in to the support portal however the password is not appearing in the welcome email.
Can someone point me to where the password is collected from, what field in the client records is this...
I noticed today two new accounts had been created, however I manually create all my client accounts. Further investigation showed these were clearly malicious/spam accounts.
How can I baton down clientexec to prevent this?
