Cannot get any emails to actually send in or out for support tickets

So I am using my personal email as a account customer. I set up email piping with SMTP and it says its correct. Test confirmed. I also set up email piping. Forwarding the email

And I get nothing-it goes to the email address [email protected] but does not go into the ClientExec system.

Users Affected: Any (Guests & Registered)

ok so I was able to get it to send me -needed to fix the 755 - the tech person a email.. but no autoresponder to the client was sent out. what am i missing?
