Client Email

My client has two divisions, but one billing manager email address. How do I set the up?

Client's profile > Alt. Accounts > Add Account >

In the email input field write there the billing manager's email address & mark desired email notifications such as "Invoices"

Then "Submit"

This process may work as currently, there is no child or sub account feature in Clientexec.

I think it's better clientexec add feature of sub-account for this goal.
only notification is not enough these days.
