Custom field translation and creating (VAT number, Tax Office)

Clientexec version 6.6, i cannot add custom field VAT number, Tax Office to client screen. Yes I can create custom fields but they somehow not seen in client panel. If seen they give error when you try populate with data.

Secondly, how can we translate a custom field we create for other languages. So if custom field added it stays what language it added?
