NetEarthOne/LogicBoxes registrar shows premium domains as available at normal price

Env: ClientExec 7.2.2 (ionCube), PHP 8.5.10, MariaDB 11.8.9. Registrar NetEarthOne.

Where: plugins/registrars/netearthone/PluginNetearthone.php 90-93: checkDomain() delegates to Clientexec\Registrars\LogicBoxes::checkDomain() (library/Clientexec/Registrars/LogicBoxes.php, encoded). PluginResellerclub.php and PluginResellbiz.php use the same class.

Bug: 6.5.0 made premium names unavailable for eNom until premium pricing is supported (CHANGELOG.txt line 987: "Ensure premium domains do not show as available from eNom until we fully support premium domains"). Other stock registrars do the same:
  • PluginNamecheap.php 176-178: IsPremiumName == 'true' gives $status = 1 ("we do not allow premium domains right now")
  • PluginName.php 86, PluginDreamscape.php 119, PluginNamesilo.php 128
The LogicBoxes registrars never got this. action=searchdomain returns a registry premium name as status: 0 at the flat TLD price, so a customer can order a name such as a $3,920/yr domain at the registry for the standard price. The order then either fails at registration or the reseller account is charged the premium cost (untested). ResellerClub and ResellBiz were not tested, but share the code path.

Repro: NetEarthOne registrar with .xyz for sale. Signed out.
Response, trimmed (full response in the attached screenshot).

Expected: status: 1 for premium names, as for eNom and Namecheap.
