using external registration form

I want using this link to create a external registration form

I have 2 question
1) Can I use this if website and ClientExec or on different domains or subdomains ?

( because of this line : include '/home/user/public_html/clientexecpath/library/utilities/setup_environment.php'; )

2) Could we catch more additional client fields for example Mobile Number in external form ?

1) As long as it's on the same sever under the same user permissions.
