Env: ClientExec 7.2.2 (ionCube), PHP 8.5.10, MariaDB 11.8.9. Source WHMCS 9.

Bug: Those replies are missing after import.
Repro: Reply to a WHMCS ticket from a non-client address, export and import. The reply is missing.
Fix: Import the reply, attributed by email or to the ticket's client.
Where: The exporter (
whmcs2ce.php lines 1804-1817) writes every tblticketreplies row, including userid 0 (a reply from an address that is not a client login, such as a CC). The importer (encoded) skips those rows.Bug: Those replies are missing after import.
