WHMCS import leaves every ticket's last activity empty

Env: ClientExec 7.2.2 (ionCube), PHP 8.5.10, MariaDB 11.8.9. Source WHMCS 9.

Where: plugins/import/whmcs/whmcs2ce.php lines 1779-1791. The ticket export writes tbltickets.date but not tbltickets.lastreply; the file never reads lastreply.

Bug: Every imported ticket keeps troubleticket.lastlog_datetime at 0000-00-00 00:00:00, and the admin ticket list shows its last reply as "Just now".

Repro: Import from WHMCS, then open Support > Tickets with closed tickets included. Every imported ticket shows "Just now".

Fix: Export lastreply and store it as lastlog_datetime.
