Request for Multi-File Upload Feature in Our Ticket System

Currently, having to upload files one by one can be time-consuming, confusing and inefficient, especially when handling complex issues that require multiple documents for context.
By enabling multi-file uploads, we can streamline our workflow, reduce processing time, and improve overall productivity. This enhancement would greatly benefit both our support team and our clients, making it easier to share necessary information quickly and effectively.
