Hi,
Currently in version 7, support ticket's images can be viewed directly from the admin dashboard without downloading them. Previously, when trying to view ticket images, the images were downloaded instead of opening in preview mode. This feature is really helpful.
However, the same image preview option is still missing on the client side.
Please consider adding this feature to the client side support ticket view as well, so clients can view attached images without downloading them.
