Custom Fields Email Notifications

It would be great to trigger Email notifications or open support tickets when a customer updates custom fields on their profile or on products they have purchased. This would be good if when creating the custom field I can check a box that says "trigger notification".

Example #1 - Customer logs in to CE, views their profile and updates a specif custom field. CE thens sends me an email or opens an internal support ticket for that field update

Example #2- Customer logs in to CE and access their products purchased. customer then updates a Custom field with data. CE sends an email or Opens an internal support ticket [assigned to department] for the new change triggerd by the customer.
