Customer Notes Permissions & Enhancements

It would be great to edit customer notes in HTML and not playing text. This way we will be able to add more Dynamic content within the customer note fields.

Also it would be great to have some type of permissions feature to determine who will have access to a particular customer note. For example there may be notes that one of my staff groups shouldn't have access to. Their should also be saved notes that other groups are not able to access. On that same note it would be good to give some users the ability to edit customer notes and the ability to view only on customer Notes for their assigned department.
