Hello,
When a client creates a new account, the system automatically sets the account currency to the system’s default currency.
If you add an option on the signup page to let users choose their preferred currency, it will make the process more flexible and user-friendly. Currently, many customers try to find other currency options after opening their account but cannot locate them. As a result, they often contact support for help.
In many cases, users do not reach out for assistance, become frustrated, and leave the platform. This creates a risk of losing potential new customers.
Adding a currency selection option during signup would make the process clearer for users. If they later want to change their currency, they can still contact support, which is the current process.
