Helpful Chat Features

The chat feature is awesome but thought I would make a couple of suggestions for what my experience has been as being extremely helpful.

* Canned responses would be a great feature as there are many responses to clients that are repetitive. In the support category there is already a canned response section so hopefully it would not be too much to add.

* Have a desktop notification that will alert you when you have a chat request that will allow you to speak with customers from the outside portal either current or potential.
