Notification and EventHandler

We have implemented a plugin named SendSMS to send clients sms for any notification;
Is it possible to consider EventHandler fot AutoMailer Notitication ;
Then we can fetch which event on notification is happending and send sms about it;

Yes you can create a snapin and listen to events ;
I think Matt somewhere published these event handler
