Option to Keep Next Due Date on Package Upgrade/Downgrade

Hi,

Currently, when a client upgrades or downgrades a package using the Clientexec button, the Next Due Date is automatically changed to the current date.

I would like to suggest adding an option to keep the existing Next Due Date unchanged during package upgrades or downgrades. Many clients prefer to keep their original billing date because it matches their domain registration or renewal date, making it easier to manage both services.

It would be helpful if this could be added as an admin setting, allowing administrators to choose whether the Next Due Date should remain unchanged or be updated during package changes.
