separate AutoSuspend and AutoUnsuspend cronjobs

Please separate AutoSuspend and AutoUnsuspend cronjobs.
Consider we want to suspend clients every day at 9:00 AM so cron job should not run until 9 AM
If clients make a payment at 7AM; corn job will not run and service remains to suspend status until 9AM

Would you please update your opinion about different cron job for Suspend and Unsuspend Servicel
I know it's not good to suspend services on 00:00 AM and we can't limit cron job because AutoUnsuspend should work for unsuspend paid services;
