Thank you for releasing the new version — it looks excellent.
I would like to suggest moving all email messages under Automation Services, such as the ticket message for Ticket Auto Close to the main email template section, or adding a WYSIWYG editor to these messages.
The reason is that the current email messages in Automation Services do not have a WYSIWYG editor and cannot be styled. This causes them to look inconsistent with ticketing and invoicing emails, resulting in non-standardized messages being sent to customers.
