Hi,
I was wondering if there was any plans to make ClientExec be integratable with CRM's like HubSpot or added as a functionnality into the software itself, so no need to have to connect two softwares together.
This would add extra value to your software.
That’s a reasonable idea, and I can see why it would be attractive to have something like HubSpot-style CRM functionality built directly into ClientExec instead of relying on external integrations.
That said, the trade-off usually comes down to scope. Once you start embedding full CRM features (pipelines, marketing automation, reporting, etc.), the billing/support platform starts to drift away from its core purpose, which is usually invoicing, client management, and service delivery. That can make the product heavier and harder to maintain.
Integrations tend to be the more realistic middle ground here. They let ClientExec stay focused while still allowing users who need deeper CRM features to connect the tools they prefer. For example, a company that wants stronger lead-generation capabilities might choose to
integrate voilanorbert with its existing workflow rather than expecting those prospecting features to be built directly into the billing platform. It also avoids forcing a one-size-fits-all CRM approach on users who don’t actually need that complexity.
