CRM integration?

Hi,
I was wondering if there was any plans to make ClientExec be integratable with CRM's like HubSpot or added as a functionnality into the software itself, so no need to have to connect two softwares together.

This would add extra value to your software.
While there aren't any direct integrations with CRM platforms like HubSpot in ClientExec at the moment, a great solution could be using tools like Zapier or Integromat to connect ClientExec with HubSpot or other CRMs. This way, you can automate data transfer and processes between the two platforms without needing native integration.
Alternatively, you could suggest this feature directly to ClientExec's development team

Clientexec, certainly, should have a more open Roadmap. Certainly, a real feature request system would be a bonus.

But New Members posting generic wishes isn't helpful, either. @Mittynodle and @GoInterNet , what are you actually asking for, in actionable English?

Since CE handles provisioning of services and payments, are you asking that new clients and companies get replicated to your CRM? That would be a start, right? I agree, CE should provide some kind of Zapier, Integrately, Pabbly, etc. integrations, but have you tried at all to help yourselves?

You know that Zapier can monitor SQL databases and use new records as a trigger? Maybe you can both help yourselves and provide a working example.

I asked for this a while back and it was rejected. I would certainly like to see a Hubspot integration beyond the one that is already installed in the admin panel (which I wish was removed).

Totally agree, having built-in CRM features or even direct integration with tools like HubSpot would add a ton of value. It’d make client management way more seamless, especially for teams that are scaling or running marketing alongside support. I’ve seen other platforms that offer a more unified CRM experience, and it really helps cut down on app-switching and manual updates. Would love to see something like that on the roadmap.

That’s a reasonable idea, and I can see why it would be attractive to have something like HubSpot-style CRM functionality built directly into ClientExec instead of relying on external integrations.

That said, the trade-off usually comes down to scope. Once you start embedding full CRM features (pipelines, marketing automation, reporting, etc.), the billing/support platform starts to drift away from its core purpose, which is usually invoicing, client management, and service delivery. That can make the product heavier and harder to maintain.

Integrations tend to be the more realistic middle ground here. They let ClientExec stay focused while still allowing users who need deeper CRM features to connect the tools they prefer. It also avoids forcing a one-size-fits-all CRM approach on users who don’t actually need that complexity.
