Active Package Display in "Add Ticket" Interface

Hi,
We need to add a "Client Packages" section to the admin Add Support Ticket page. Currently, canned replies (saved responses) cannot auto-populate because the system doesn't know which package the ticket is about. By showing and selecting the client's active package, the system will automatically and correctly fill in all the placeholders (like package name, IP, or domain) in the canned response. This fixes the current issue, saves time for administrators, and avoids manual data entry.
