Hello,
I would like to suggest an improvement for ticket page.
It would be very helpful to add a dropdown menu that contains all available ticket types, allowing users to quickly filter or navigate between them.
Additionally, I recommend displaying a badge next to each ticket type to show the number of tickets in that category. For example:
Domain & Related (4)
Shared Hosting (7)
VPS Hosting (2)
Billing (5)
This would make the interface much cleaner and easier to use, especially for users who manage multiple types of tickets. I believe this enhancement would significantly improve the overall UI/UX of the page.
