Adding Shopping Cart & Notification Bell to Customer Portal

Hi,
To improve the professionalism and user-friendliness of our client Portal, I would like to propose adding the following two features:

Shopping Cart Icon (Header): Placing a shopping cart icon in the top header will give the portal a more modern, e-commerce feel. It allows customers to easily view, manage, and complete their purchases at any time, encouraging higher conversion rates.

Notification Bell Icon: Similar to the admin dashboard, adding a notification bell will provide customers with quick access to their latest updates, alerts, and messages, significantly improving communication and engagement.
Implementing these updates will make the Customer Portal look much more modern, intuitive, and professional.
