Hello,
Since users can already access cPanel, etc directly through the client area, hiding the initial cPanel password does not provide a significant security benefit.
When the password is not available to the customer, the hosting account owner often has to either reset the password or submit a support ticket to request it. This creates unnecessary support overhead and inconvenience.
It would be beneficial if the initial cPanel password, which is already visible in the admin panel, were also visible to the customer in the client area.
I don't believe this would introduce any meaningful security risk, as the customer already has authenticated access to the hosting account and can access cPanel through the client area.
Thanks
