I recommend add two feature for support tickets
1) Add "submit ticket for this package" under "action" and automatically select package for support ticket after that

2) under package details .
show a new item " tickets for this package" and show tickets that this package assigned to.

I also recommend this for product package under client portal
This will make this page very useful for clients

1) Invoices related to this package ( helps clients not search in multiple invoices for specific package )
2) Tickets related to this package ( helps clients not search in multiple tickets for specific details related to a package )
3) Open support ticket related to this package ( helps client quickly submit ticket related to a package )

I really like your suggestions, especially the package-wise invoice system. This is exactly the type of optimization I had in mind.

Sometimes, we need to open multiple invoices just to find the specific one we are looking for. A package-wise invoice system would make the process much easier, save a significant amount of time, and improve overall efficiency.
