It's very good; If Invoice in clientexec support attachment like tickets; We can write very good snapin or plugin for that. For example we can attach official invoice for any clientexec invoices.

All things is possible by editing but it's very useful that template support these options internally ; so after update to next version there is no need to edit template again; I think it is useful option and will cover all clients so all clientexec client doesn't need to edit

I think [DIRECTPAYMENTLINK] works for each payment gateway that supports this method and was default gateway;

I think making an app for clientexec is difficult but if new version of CE release in future it will be mobile friendly and you can use it easily by mobile.

Hello It's better to have description or notes for custom fields. Maybe show ID of custom fields in the admin area. Currently we need to define multiple custom fields with same name and we can't manage which one belongs to which package or group. Thanks

I think for registration form needs place holder too. For example in some cases clients use arabic or persian characters for signup and domain registration fails because of it ;
